following: Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair Light
electrical, plumbing, HVAC . Paper hanging and painting Grounds
maintenance, landscaping, and repair Pool maintenance Preventative
maintenance Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications &
Requirements: Must be available for on-call emergencies Must be
able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work outdoors Must be
willing to work independently Must maintain a professional
appearance, manner and approach while on duty Good interpersonal
communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a
positive attitude Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects
and time Must be able to pass a background check
