growth. What You’ll Do: As a Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR,
you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our
clients while supporting the growth of our agency. You’ll work
alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where
your contributions truly matter. - Client Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional, proactive customer service to our clients via
phone, email, and in-person interactions. Be the go-to resource for
their insurance needs and questions. - Policy Management: Handle
policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring
accurate and timely processing. - Support Sales & Marketing: Assist
producers in quoting and issuing new policies for clients and
prospects. Market insurance coverages with multiple carriers and
collaborate with producers to determine the best options for each
client. - Account Retention & Monitoring: Proactively monitor
client accounts for retention opportunities, renewals, and ensure
that each client’s coverage needs are met. - Organization &
Accuracy: Maintain accurate client information in the agency
management system, ensuring smooth operations and effective account
management. What We’re Looking For: - Active MO Property & Casualty
Insurance License (required). - Minimum 2 years of experience in
Personal Insurance, preferably with an independent agency. -
Proficiency in quoting, servicing, and issuing Personal Insurance
policies with various carriers. - Strong attention to detail, with
excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Comfortable
using agency management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word,
Excel, Outlook). - A team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with
the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Why
