Job Description - Responsible for proper costing and posting of all vehicles sold calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculate sales commissions. - Record vehicle transactions to accounting. - Prepares tax and title documents. - Reconcile Dealer Reserve statement, accounting schedules and product aftermarket submissions. - Record purchased vehicles to inventory. - Prepare paperwork for lenders to obtain funding. - Verify all funds due have been collected and documented. - Process payments to floor plan institutions. - Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the costing process. - Prepare payoff checks for trade-ins and follow up on all trade titles. - Process after sale warranties and related documents for month end - Maintaining strict compliance with all Titling laws and filing requirements - Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality. - Other duties as assigned.
