You’ll work from a brand-new mobile grooming van — designed by groomers for groomers — with a layout that keeps pets safe and relaxed while giving you an organized, comfortable workspace. It’s built to reduce stress, support quality work, and make each appointment feel focused and unhurried. We Offer - $200 - $300 per day (salary guaranty commission tips) - Retention bonus and performance bonuses - Client and employee referral bonus opportunities - 2-3 days a week (weekdays and weekends) schedule flexibility - Paid ongoing training, mentorship opportunities, and a potential annual training seminar - Provided Mercedes-Benz Van fully equipped with air conditioning, a hydrobath, and a grooming salon - Fuel cost and tools/supplies are covered Responsibilities At Aussie Pet Mobile, our office staff takes care of the business so that you can focus on the pets! - Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans. - Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom. - Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment. Requirements - Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license with an exceptionally clean driving record — this is non-negotiable. - 2 years of professional experience and formal training through a certified grooming program - Experience working with a wide range of breeds and coat types - Experience grooming cats is a plus but not required. Aussie Pet Mobile - Overview - Our custom-designed mobile pet grooming vans come equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water—without the need for external hookups. We prioritize eco-friendliness and provide a spacious, comfortable environment for pets to move freely, allowing groomers to focus on each pet’s individual needs. - At Aussie Pet Mobile, we offer a 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience—all in the convenience of our clients' driveways.
