We're looking for an outgoing Inside Pre-Sales Representative to help us smash our sales goals! You'll help us generate leads by prospecting for potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities:

Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
--- Assisting customers in selecting the best coverage for their vehicles
--- Answering approximately 80-90 inbound calls per day
--- Closing 3-7 provided leads per day
--- Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers
--- Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
--- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software

--- Strong communication skills
--- Ability to persuade and influence others
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
--- Monday through Friday schedule or Tuesday through Saturday Schedule
