role, you'll learn to educate our clients about investments,
trading tools, market mechanics, and retirements choices, in
addition to earning your Securities licenses in our paid licensing
and training program. Through paid training and ongoing mentorship

continuous development in Service and more!Paid training and
support to help you obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensesMotivation
to learn about the securities industry, including the basic
principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactionsRobust
communication, influencing and client engagement skillsDesire to

competitive pay and bonus package. -Starting compensation for this
team could range from $41,400 to $51,600 during training (increases
depending on related experience and your specific location), plus
an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other
eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their
total compensation range to $47,700 to $62,700 (base pay, plus 10%
bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance)
within their 1 st -year upon obtaining the required licensing and
achieving performance-based pay increases. Higher costs markets may
