Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Program Administration Facilitates Field Sales Team training on program guidelines and platforms.Performs model testing on new and existing platforms.Provides status reports on program progression throughout program cycle.Actively pursues error resolution of all enrollments to ensure program compliance and compensation to qualified Growers and Dealers.Manages Grower and Retailer data. Reporting Provides standardized and adhoc reports to Field Team.Ensures that results of data analysis presents information in an efficient and effective manner.Collects data from Field Teams as needed for internal operations. Fulfillment Fulfills marketing material requests to include postcards, mailing, advertising, invitations etc---Coordinates order and delivery of promotional items through approved vendors.Orders materials such as booths, banners and sales material for trade shows, field days and Dealer/Grower meetings.Sales Support and Customer ServiceSupplements customer contact as needed.Communicates key dates and deadlines.Completes tasks deemed by the business to assist the Field Team in meeting their goals.Promotes use of business management tools with the Field and internally to provide world class service to customers.-------------------------------- In addition to the above, all HGS employees are expected to: Promote teamwork and cooperative effort.--Help train and give guidance to other HGS employees.--Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, and practice good safety habits.--Provide internal and external customers with the highest quality service.
