Wallingford**Description**Responsible for analyzing and verifying
commission incentive payments for sales associates and/or brokers
using a sales incentive system. Primary duties may include:+
Reviews and analyzes moderately complex commission data to ensure
accurate compensation payments.+ Answers sales associate and/or
broker inquiries.+ Supports and maintains commission systems.+
Handles system problem solving and changes and sets up new
business.+ Enters new brokers to the commission system.+ Meets
payroll and commission system deadlines.+ May manually calculate
commissions.Requirements+ High school diploma+ Minimum of 1 year of
experience; or any combination of education and experience which
would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Qualifications+
BS/BA degree.+ Ability to work with internal / external customers+
Customer service background+ Great communication / oral skills.For
candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations,
the salary* range for this specific position is $20.77/hr. to
$41.54/hr.Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington
