The basics of this position:
Performs light maintenance tasks, performs duties necessary to
assist with repair and/or maintenance; completes appropriate
forms.
What you'll do:
* Painting
* Completes job labor cards; completes supply order forms as
necessary.
* Changing lamps
* May set up chairs, tables, risers, staging, etc., as needed.
* Change filters
* May drive campus truck to campus buildings and maintain a
schedule for truck maintenance.
* Tape, patch, repair drywall
* Assist Grounds during weather emergencies
* Performs other job related duties as assigned
Education, experience, and other requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers' license and
insurance
WORKING CONDITIONS:
On call availability 24/7
As needed: may work in extreme weather conditions and involve some
exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following
basic safety precautions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May require physical work: heavy lifting, pushing, pulling required
of objects 75 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 40'
Ability to stoop, squat and bend
Ability to work in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
