Description:Associated Couriers is one of the nation's fastest growing courier companies that focuses a variety of delivery services ranging from delivering medical specimens, hazardous materials, e-commerce, retail logistics, pharmaceuticals, and final mile consumer products.We are looking to add a new addition as a Full-Time Dispatcher to join our Hazelwood, MO team! The position will manage the timely dispatch, pick up, and delivery of every order AC handles in all markets, while also focusing on our client's needs and AC's industry leading standards for customer satisfaction.Schedules Available: Schedule A: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm Schedule B: Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-7:00pmSalary: $42,000-$44,000 annuallyPrimary Responsibilities:Field inbound customer requests, via phone, or emailOperate dispatch software to ensure all routes & orders are properly assigned and contain the correct information for the delivery and billing processesManage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levels Notify clients well in advance of potential late deliveriesData validation and manipulation in ExcelUtilize dispatch software daily to transform shipment data into routes & ordersCommunicate with both drivers and supervisors as needed to get delivery informationRotate on a holiday schedule to cover office hours and on-callEnsure contact phone numbers are input and maintained as well as proper accurate tags for all drivers & supervisorsBe able to answer any small questions or concerns that drivers or supervisors have with their applications or systems involved in their tasks.
