We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistance to support our team and promotional efforts. This is an Independent Contractor job on an as-needed basis for our team. Pay will be based on qualifications, and the level of marketing completed per month. Position: The Marketing Assistant will help promote real estate listings, manage social and digital media, assist with marketing campaigns, support the day-to-day marketing activities of the company. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative and comfortable working with digital tools. Responsibilities: - Create and schedule Social and Digital Media posts for listings and company promotions - Design and prepare marketing materials (flyers, postcards, email campaigns, social posts) - Create online marketing campaigns for new business - Maintain online presence (facebook, twitter, online ads, property email blasts, advertising) - Provide general support for marketing activities Qualifications: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, etc.) - Design experience (Adobe, Canva, and similar tools) - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Experience with real estate marketing - Photography or video editing skills Company Description Luetkenhaus Properties was established in 2004.
