Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Float LPN to provide routine, PRN, and
crisis hospice care under RN supervision.
Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient care,
offering phone support, reviewing orders, performing chart audits,
and assisting with office duties.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess needs and
coordinate care, participate in performance improvement, and train
new staff.
Requires NC LPN license, at least 2 years of clinical experience,
CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to travel
within service areas in Wake, Durham, Johnston, Franklin, Harnett,
Orange, and Chatham counties.
Preferred certification in hospice nursing; knowledge of Medicare
and licensing laws is essential.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform
assessments.
Offers Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM -----" 5:00 PM schedule with up to a
$5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.
