What Makes This Opportunity Unique You will collaborate closely with the Senior Retirement Plan Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive plan servicing model, leveraging your experience and professional insight. This role offers a highly collaborative environment, emphasizing a team-oriented approach to delivering thoughtful, effective solutions for our clients. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or a related field. Familiarity with retirement plan types, including 401(k), IRAs, and pension plans. High level customer service experience with a focus on financial services. Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to retirement plans. Experience with retirement plan implementation and administration Experience with investment selection and monitoring CRPS certification is a plus Four-year degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
