  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical Surgical - Urology/Nephrology Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW Length: 13 weeks Requirements:
  • IL License
  • Minimum 2 years experience required
  • Cerner experience required
  • BLS
  • Trauma Level I Experience preferred
  • Previous Charge Experience preferred
  • Teaching Hospital Experience preferred Other details:

Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin. Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Portable Oxygen tank. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.
