Job Description: (Please add to the description - this is for our internal team to source and assess candidates) Job Description: As a Sanitation Technician, you are an essential worker, responsible for sanitizing all equipment in the plant in compliance with customer specifications and with company policy and procedures related to proper sanitation, GMP and Safety requirements You will be able to stay active as you sort and carry our soft-baked bars. Responsibilities/ Requirements :

General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
Ability to make decisions based on standard practices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve.
Basic understanding of sanitation processes and related equipment.
Ability to run sanitation equipment.
Ability to read, comprehend and communicate safety labels on chemical containers.
Ability to work overtime as needed with little or no notice.
Basic computer skills
A high school diploma or GED is preferred
One year of sanitation experience or more. Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.) 12hr Shifts cleaning, scrubbing will get wet and dirty! 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off. (one week 32 hrs next week 48 hrs) has rotating shifts Transportation/Parking Information (Is the client's site accessible by public transportation? Does client validate parking? Does client provide reimbursement for parking? Etc.) On Bus line- Drops off at Natures Bakery Recruitment Focus Areas: (Cities/zip codes that should or should not be considered, tolls to be considered, issues with state lines/borders to be considered, etc) 50 Radis from zip code 63042 Conversational / Qualifying Questions: ( Any interview questions you feel are helpful for your client. Option to be hired on after 90 days Hours: (ex: 12-hour shifts - 4:00AM-4:00PM ) 6am -6pm 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off.
