Client Contact Representative The Client Contact Representative is responsible for answering incoming communications for Lexicon and its clients, scheduling initial appointments for prospective clients. Lexicon liberates law firms to do more of what they do best. Responsibilities Answers incoming calls with a positive tone and genuine warmth regarding the legal services we make available to clients. Provides answers to potential client inquiries based on location and needs. Aligns potential clients with services using a consultative sales approach. Schedules initial consult appointments and perform conflict checks. Alerts management of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem. Enters data into our legal software for online appointments and scheduling. Updates job knowledge by participating in up-training opportunities. Handles sensitive client data with utmost discretion, care, and accuracy. Outbound calls made to potential client inquiries as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 0-2 years previous experience in call center, customer service, or other service-based industry Proficient in Microsoft Office systems Computer Skills, such as basic keyboard/typing skills.
