We are looking for a Store Associate to join our convenience store team in Lincoln, IL! As a Beck's Store Associate, you are the welcoming face every guest sees when they visit our store. Your mission is to provide an outstanding customer experience and facilitate store sales. We love to reward our hard-working team -- Earn an extra $1/hour for being on time for your scheduled shifts!   • Greet and acknowledge every guest to provide a high standard customer service
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise
  • Participate in receiving and monitoring inventory
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store cleaning
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including loss prevention
  • Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities on the register system
  • Keep the store clean and organized
