GENERAL FUNCTION: Will perform a variety of jobs fitting together manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. Group Tours are being held on the following days Monday, March 20thand Wednesday, March 22nd On all Group Tour Days contractors, Must arrive at 9:45 AM to avoid being late and turnaround Group Tours will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, on each scheduled Group Days listed. Submit Qualified applicants into the tool no later than, the day before by 2:00 PM Example: If you are confirming one of your contractors to attend the group tour on a Monday, they will need to be entered into the tool no later than 2:00 PM on, Friday. Please note if you do not submit your contractor in the tool,receive confirmation from the VMS system that they are approved and they show up to the group tour they will be asked to leave Shift Information: 1st shift position Will complete the 1st day of orientation from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. After orientation is complete they will work the following shift: Day Shift: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM , Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Duties: Read and understand blueprints and routing to produce parts from them to the required specifications. Transfer cardboard cartons from racking on pallets on the floor. Place labels on cartons Fold cardboard into carton. Transfer product from off of the line, insert product into carton (vary in size from 4x4x3 up to 18x18x6. Insert product (varying in size from 4x4x3 up to 16x14x8 into taper (either the Best Pack Brand or 3m matic) Transfer onto pallet either on a palletizer or on a pallet on the floor. Hand tape small cardboard boxes 4x3x3 using a manual pistol-grip taper. Insert the product into a carton, tape the top of the box, and transfer it onto a pallet Responsible for the care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area neat and clean. Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding. 9. Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety. 10. Assists all supervisor and perform other duties as needed and directed. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ROLE:

Possess the skill and ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. Must be equipped with all the required tools to perform the functions of their job. Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools. Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, sitting, and bending, as well as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 40 LBS occasionally. Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports. Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.
