Job Duties:
--- Provide individualized assistance and coaching with personal care, meal preparation, and leisure activity
--- Provide transportation to jobs and appointments
--- Assist with other various daily activities

Job Requirements:
--- High school diploma/GED required for 1st shift
--- Valid driver's license required for 1st shift
--- Certifications such as CPR, medical, DSP, etc., a plus
--- Must have compassion and patience for ID/DD population
--- Must be responsible, reliable and timely
