Top 3 Must-have hard skills: SQL experience including strong understanding of database hierarchy, analysis, and dashboard reporting. Familiar with Java and AWS Infrastructure methodologies. Must be self-starter with ability to build and implement designed solutions while working closely with other team members.



The Business Process Effectiveness team in Customer Operations provides tools and technology solutions for our internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our Billing Strategy and Design functional teams. Story behind the need/key projects: We are building out a new team which includes establishing our AWS environments to enable the build of SQL and java based technology solutions. Typical day in the role/task breakdown %: This role will be responsible for building of SQL Database for the storage of comparisons from multiple datasets to provide efficient access to desired data.
