Security Officer - Full Time & Part Time
Location: Sauget, IL - Metro East, Pontoon Beach, Granite City, Edwardsville, Cahokia, etc.
Rate: $13.50-$20.00/HR

  Security Officer Entry Level $13.50 to $14.75. (No experience)
  
  
• 
  Security Officer With Experience $15.00 to $16.50. (6 month to 2 years)
  
  
• 
  Security Officer With A Lot Of Experience $16.75 to $20.00 and up. (2 or more years)
  
  
  Open Interviews every Tuesday, Wednesday, &Thursday between 10am - 2pm (Please dress appropriately)

    Position Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      21 years of age or older (18 for non driving positions)
      
      
    • 
      Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months
      
      
    • 
      Need to have average to above average computer skills
      
      
    • 
      Provide 5 star customer service to our clients
      
      
    • 
      Surveillance skills a plus
      
      
    • 
      Must be reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
      
      
    • 
      Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
      
      
    • 
      Must have the ability to be objective
      
      
    • 
      Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
      
      
    • 
      Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are both used - drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other) and background investigation

      Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone)
      
      
    • 
      Recommend a reliable means of transportation (Many locations do not have public transportation or access to shelter)

      Must have the legal right to work in the United States

      Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English

      Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for some locations
