service role, you'll learn to educate our clients about
investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirements
choices, in addition to earning your Securities licenses in our
paid licensing and training program. Through paid training and
ongoing mentorship until you feel comfortable in your role, we will
set you up for continuous development in Service and more Paid
training and support to help you obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63
licenses Motivation to learn about the securities industry,
including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund
transactions Robust communication, influencing and client
engagement skills Desire to work in a collaborative team-based

competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this
location begins at $47,800 during training (increases depending on
related experience and your specific location), plus an annual
bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible
earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total
compensation range to $54,780 ($49,800 base pay, plus 10% bonus
opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within
their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving
