Hi,Hi,EDW Business Intelligence/Data Analytics DeveloperDuration : Long TermLocation : Springfield, IL We will use a hybrid work location where we will work part-time in the office and part-time remote (from home]in the office 1 - 3 days per week and remote the other days. Developing complex business intelligence solutions and supporting data strategy leveraging acquired subject matter expertise to identify/inform opportunities/risksDeveloping complex dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data analysisCreating and maintaining a web-based portal using ReactImprove the delivery and management of health and human services programs by utilizing advanced analytics, including but not limited to advanced algorithms, data visualizations, and mapsDeveloping and maintaining complex SQL queries and scripts to create data marts in Teradata and running ad hoc complex SQL/reports using claims, beneficiary, and provider dataParticipating in project discussions to document and recommend alternative technical solutions or requirementsParticipating in unit, integration, and system testingMaintaining effective communication and relationships with all individuals involved with the projectGathering business requirements and preparing analyses based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency in supporting projects and change requestsPerforming peer reviews and providing technical support/guidance to the project teamSupporting the project manager and leadership in project planning and executing activities, including presentations, risks/issues, and status reportingDemonstrating deliverables to the team or the customers for approvals and gaining buy-in to implement solutions or adapt to new products/services/programsWorking with the DBAs, data modelers, and application/system admins to support maintaining the Teradata and application server hardware and software (including patches, fixes, and upgrades) and leading industry-level standards or best practices.Required Qualifications:More than five years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Tableau and MS Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analyticsProven strong development of high-performing SQL with more than five years of experience developing complex SQL scripts (Teradata/DB2/Oracle Load Utilities) or stored proceduresAt least four years of experience of complex development using React (React.js or ReactJS)Excellent verbal/written communication skills, end client-facing skills, team collaboration, and mentoring skillsBachelors or Advanced Degree in a related field such as Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, Business TechnologyStrong organization skills and ability to set priorities and schedule work deadlinesAdapting to and collaborating with the team and organizational cultureLocated in Springfield, IL*Preferred Qualifications:More than two years of experience analyzing and delivering complex analytics using Medicaid claims, and enrollment dataAt least two years of data warehouse project experienceMore than two years of Tableau Server Administrative experienceExperience in SAP Business ObjectsExperience developing using Base SAS, SAS Analytics, SAS Enterprise GuideExperience with State Medicaid / Medicare / Healthcare industry*This position must move to Springfield, IL, before starting.
