Job Description:

We are now looking for an extremely motivated, trusted, structured, and driven individual that wants to help expand this new department of customer / client services. This role is not just a customer service role, but will be in charge of many important day to day responsibilities with our customers and our company.

*Job Responsibilities : *

* Serving customers by providing product andservice information. Resolving product and service problems.
* Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about others.
* Opens customer accounts by recording information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and implementing that solution.
* Fully responsible for creating our new policies as well as literally "writing the book" on our new department.

* Will have own personal responsibilities.
* Working directly under the head of our C.A.R.E. department.

This hire will initially be fully trained on all Vodaland products as well as our services, standards and policies. Making sure that they are providing all of our customers with the most upright service on a daily basis.

We are seeking a very professional, highly motivated person for this position with drive to not only make our company better, but permanently make their future and carrier a promising one. Bonus structure will also be negotiated throughout the year for additional compensation.

*Education, Experience Requirements : *

* Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus
* Familiarity with Apple products is a plus as well, as that is all we utilize within our company
* Ability to solve / find / create software solutions for problems we might find.
* Any history of customer service, or customer care is always helpful, but not mandatory

Pay: $48,500.00 - $54,500.00 per year
