Job Description:

CNC Machinist$1500 Sign-On Bonus!Prefer candidates to have at least one year of experience or
have recently received trade school diploma/certification
Must be able to train on 1st shift, when training is complete will move to
2nd shift working 4pm - Midnight or 4pm to 2am if working overtime.

A-4 (Screw Machine Operator)

• Changeover, adjust and perform a broad range of operations on screw machines on a wide variety of parts, following standard procedures.
• Operate using blueprints, layout card and worksheets. Have knowledge of sharpening and repairing tools.
• Under Setup Person's instructions, maintain setups and produce quality and quantity work.
• Some knowledge of feeds and speeds required. Knowledge of micrometers, scales, gauges, and blueprint reading required.
• Keep machine, tools, attachments, and work area clean and orderly.
• Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools to efficiently perform required tasks.
• Routine maintenance to be performed by the operator.MC-1 CNC Machinist
  • Setup, operate and maintain CNC lathes and/or horizontal mills, using programs, blueprints and other work instructions as provided.
  • Must know and understand the functions of CNC programs and precision measuring equipment required to produce quality parts.
  • Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools to efficiently perform required tasks.
  • Experience with Mazak, Mori Seiki and/or Okuma preferred but not necessary.
    GP-5 Grinding & Honing
    • Responsible for maintaining and operating a broad range of equipment including presses, reamers, honing machines, through feed, in-feed, and surface grinders.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot assigned equipment to safely perform operation.
    • Understand and practice proper tool dressing, speeds, and feeds to meet maximum performance.
    • Perform minor repairs and adjustments.
    • Knowledge of blueprints, layout sheets, surface finishes, and various inspection procedures and practices as well as the ability to hold to extremely close tolerances is required.
    • Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools to efficiently perform required tasks.
    • Keep equipment, machines, tools, fixtures, and work area clean and orderly.
    • Perform routine maintenance as required.
      M-4 Machinist
      • Responsible for the setup and operation of equipment including drill presses, millers, threading machines, and turret lathes.
      • Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot assigned equipment to safely perform within Company expectations.
      • Understand and practice proper tool dressing, speeds, and feeds to meet maximum performance.
      • Perform minor repairs. Knowledge of blueprints, layout sheets, tooling and various inspection procedures and practices required.
      • Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools in order to efficiently perform required tasks.
      • Perform routine maintenance as required.

        Machining Professionals with prior experience working with CAD, NC, CNC, PLC, manual machines, lathes (horizontal & vertical) Mori Seiki CNC lathe, Fadal, Fryer vertical mills, CNC Milling Machine, CNC Grinding and Honing,Machine coding, tool off-setting, knowledgeable of 5S and Lean manufacturing, experience reading Blue Prints, utilizing micrometers, precision dial gauges, and other measuring tools are encouraged to apply!
