This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 6420 Clayton Road St. Louis, MO 63117.

Primary Responsibilities:


Check in patients, schedule appointments and answer billing questions
Register patients and verify their insurance information
Work collaboratively with Nursing, Physicians, Case Managers, and patient families -
Manage patient medical records

Required Qualifications:


High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST including the flexibility -to work occasional overtime given the business need
Ability to work in 6420 Clayton Road -St. Louis, MO 63117

Physical and Work Environment:


Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs
