Find your future with us.Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for Systems Test Engineer 4: Rotorcraft Training Systems to join their team in Hazelwood, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.A successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and motivated to find their lane to support a businessthat is growing. Through our training program, a successful candidate will demonstrate through previous and appropriate technical experiences that they could teach themselves rotary wing aircraft (AH-64, MH-139, etc) in general and to support disciplined and repeatable trainer/simulator testing and the tracking thereof.Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Rotorcraft Trainer Test Director in applying common test standards and techniques across the Rotorcraft Trainer Test Team.
  • Participates in all aspects of developing the rotorcraft trainers, including requirements confirmation, drafting acceptance test procedures and test reports, tracking discrepancy and anomaly trouble shooting, and participation in several types of testing and meetings.
  • Assists other Rotorcraft Test team members in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment to include running the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), as well cockpit procedures.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required up to 25% of the time.This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is require.Export Control Requirement:This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
    • Technical experience with high end military/commercial aircraft or simulators
    • Must be able to work on-site, occasional remote work occurs.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationallyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Experience with AH-64 Apache, MH-139 Grey Wolf or CH-47 Chinook and/or their associated training devices is highly desired
