As a Deduction Coordinator your main responsibility will be reviewing & routing incoming deductions claims, liaising with key stakeholder & customers, both internal and external.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world.   • Review and route incoming deduction claims. Additionally, based on review of incoming deductions, will be responsible for routing deductions of certain complexity to Deduction Associate Analyst.
  • Make initial contact with internal and external customers to collect data and claim detail for claim review.
  • Based on review of incoming claims, process deductions through the claim system & collection of invoices resulting in rebilling.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation is received in order to resolve outstanding deductions. Approvals will need to fall within an established limit of authority matrix.
  • Assist other Deduction Analysts and Credit Analysts in compiling the information necessary to make successful collection presentations to customers.
  • Abide by Robinson-Pattman Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Cannons of Business Credit Ethics, and Eaton Ethics Policy at all times.When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we - as individuals and as a company - are stronger.QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:
    • Associate degree from an accredited institution
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
    • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Highland, IL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
      • 2+ years' experience with deductions
      • Accounting and/or finance experience
      • Systems (GetPaid/Oracle/SAP) and pricing programs experience
        Position Success Criteria:
        • Strong skill set in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
