Overview
To greet, and provide assistance when appropriate, all visitors, patients and others as they enter the ALMH main lobby. Provide information regarding directions and location of specific services. Proactively works to resolve all questions, concerns and assistance needs to the customer's best interest. Monitor and control all traffic through the circle drive during hours of service

Qualifications

• High School education or G.E.D. equivalent required
• Must possess valid Illinois drivers license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year motor vehicle registration will be required).
• Must be at least 21 years of age for insurability purpose
  
  Responsibilities
  
• Greet all customers as they approach the main lobby.
• Provide valet parking services to visitors and/or patients upon request.
• Take appropriate action when observing a disruptive and/or violent behavior of any patient, visitor or employee.
• Assist customers who require wheelchairs.
• Provide assistance to customers from their vehicles into the main lobby when needed.
• Assure that the driveway to the main lobby remains environmentally safe and free of obstacles and hazards.
• Exhibit excellent guest relation skills as defined by the Behavioral Standards.
