Job Description:
Yoh is seeking a Quality Control Scientist II to support our
Pharmaceutical Client in Saint Louis, MO for a direct hire
opportunity. You will have the opportunity to join our Microbiology
department. In this role, you will be providing routine analyses in
microbiology by following SLPs. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree
in a scientific field and a few years' experience under their belt
would be a perfect fit for this role.
Hours:
8-5, Monday thru Friday; Some rotating weekends and holidays

Perform microbiological testing of in-process samples, raw
materials, buffers, media, etc. per compendial methods. Support
internal development and/or manufacturing operations. Make detailed
observations and reviews, documents, and communicates test
results.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine bioburden testing (compendial methodology).
Conduct routine endotoxin testing (compendial methodology).
Write reports of findings.
Assist in preparing regulatory documents.
Contribute to writing of SOPs.
Follow GLPs.
Perform daily lab cleaning, preventative maintenance of equipment,
ordering of supplies, and autoclaving of equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science; preferably Microbiology or
Biology
Experience working in a cGMP environment
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a lab
