Supports the proper functioning of projects with significant impact to corporate revenue stream, customer facing functions or critical internal functions. Executes operating plan for specific team. Develops and implements strategy and vision for the team. Applications require a high level of business or technical knowledge.Job Description: ?Job Responsibilities* Leads team responsible for maintenance and deployment of development projects with significant impact to corporate revenue stream, customer facing functions or critical internal functions. Manages project budgets, timelines, and risks. May assist directors in the development of department budgets/plans.* Oversees the maintenance of critical systems, including troubleshooting and emergency deployment activities to support the proper execution of these systems.* Manages outsourced services within project constraints. Supports directors to evaluates vendor performance, needs assessment, spend optimization, and risk management.* Facilitates the deployment process of updates to critical Optioncare systems including most primary vendor systems.* Oversees the implementation and support of innovative approaches, processes, products, and services, which support the business strategy. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities? NO(i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.)Basic Education and/or Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 7 years IT related experience.Basic Qualifications* At least 2 years of experience in indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other team members. * At least 3 years of experience in project management.* At least 2 years of experience working with business and technical leadership.* Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. * Knowledge of new technologies and trends in the retail, healthcare and information technology industries.* Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to various audiences.* Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.* Monitor supporting application infrastructure.* Performs proactive maintenance. * Will perform deployment-oriented tasks, provide recommendations, and implement streamlined application delivery solutions.Travel RequirementsN/APreferred Qualifications & InterestsMaster's degree preferredOption Care Health subscribes to a policy of equal employment opportunity, making employment available without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship status according to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or genetic information.?
