Job Description Job Description Legal Assistant - Commercial Litigation Location: Clayton, MO Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE Work Environment: In-office, fast-paced We're looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy commercial litigation team in Clayton. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working in-office with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit! What You'll Do Provide full administrative and litigation support to attorneys. Draft, proof, and format legal documents and correspondence. Organize case files and manage discovery materials. Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings. Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams. Handle confidential information with professionalism. What We're Looking For Experience: 5years as a Legal Assistant in a commercial litigation setting. Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court filing procedures. Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Great communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure. Additional Information: Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
