to work directly with clients, solve real problems, collaborate

Provide technical customer service to customers Triage and respond
to requests via phone, email, and in person Follow established
procedures to troubleshoot technical issues and complete
maintenance requests Troubleshoot advanced technology issues and
collaborate with senior team members to resolve them Communicate
clearly with customers to ensure issues are resolved and fully
understood Provide customer training and guidance to help them
better leverage technology Skills Enjoys interacting with and
helping customers Desires to partner with customers and team
members to generate value Able to understand technical problems and
follow technical procedures Enjoys problem solving and persists
until issues are resolved Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Excellent professional written and verbal
communication skills Able to adapt to the individual needs of each
customer Qualifications Strong analytical skills and attention to
detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge
and experience in information technology Experience in project
management Ability to conduct research and stay current with
industry trends Proficient in Windows and or MacOS administration
Proficient in Google Workspaces and or Microsoft Office 365
