About the Role The Technical Support Analyst responsibilities for this role are to coordinate, process, and resolve incidents and requests related to the support of technology products, infrastructure, business processes, and enterprise services. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer-facing interactions, ensuring issue resolution and customer satisfaction through implementing established policies, procedures, and services. Responsibilities

• Providing Remote Help Desk assistance to customers using digital ID, signature, and encryption capabilities, including but not limited to assisting customers with specific problems.
  
• Performing Administration setup, configuration, and deployment of user accounts using remote software.
  
• Maintaining knowledge of applications such as Entrust Identity Guard, ServiceNow, Entrust User Management System, Entrust Security Store, Adobe Acrobat, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
  
• Other duties as assigned.
