*Position Title* - Technical Support Representative*Address* - Lincoln RI USA 02865*Pay* - $17/hr*Start date* - ASAP*Hours* - 8-hour shift Mon-Fri between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm EST*Contract Type* - Contract to hire*Vaccine Requirement* - Yes*Responsibilities: ** Technical Support Representative provides call center based technical support to store locations, vendors and staff* Technical Support Representative serve as first level for troubleshooting of issues encountered in stores* Technical Support Representative assure implementation based protocols are met* Render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence* Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.*Required Skills & Education: ** A minimum of 1 year work experience needed* Must have strong troubleshooting skills coupled with diagnostic, and problem solving skills* Supervisory skills are an asset but not a requirement* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access#INDTMSJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $17.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:* Lincoln, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):* Job is on site: Onsite RI - What is your location?* Job is 3 to 5 days in the office.
