Job DescriptionNATIONAL CORPORATE RECRUITER Classification ExemptDate Updated Date Approved 4/13/2022Job Summary This position is responsible for securing talent for National Businesses across the ArchKey Solutions platform. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of assigned positions, and securing high-caliber talent for ArchKey.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment process from requisition until offer acceptance.
  • Partners closely with hiring managers in the development of the recruitment, sourcing and selection plans for their specified business group(s). Develops and updates staffing priorities as needed for each group.
  • Provides guidance to hiring managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates.
  • Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of labor market, competition and external talent.
  • Effectively selects and manages external resources used for sourcing and recruiting (e.g., educational institutions, social media sites, internet recruiting sites, community job fair events, etc.). Develops and leverages sourcing relationships to identify and source exceptional quality and diverse talent with a good fit for our Company culture.
  • Maximizing the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs.
  • Providing regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projects.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to develop offer letters and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures, best practices and Company policies.
  • Develops a keen understanding of all business centers and functions, as well as the required competencies, and current department challenges of the assigned business group(s).
  • Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Stays abreast of progressive HR-related approaches.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies relevant to the industry.
  • Works creatively to best support the Company's long-term goals. Champions and models the Company culture at all times.
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources or related field.
  • Minimum five years of Talent Acquisition or Sales experience, preferably in a construction or related business.
  • Experience with technical tools such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Highly effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts and the ability to build strong working teams and relationships at all levels and cross functionally.
  • Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior leaders in a high growth, process-oriented business setting.
  • Strong project management experience and skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including high quality documentation and report preparation.
  • Superior listening, presentation, conflict management, negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to influence employees at all levels, including senior management.
  • High level of integrity, dependability and leadership in employee engagement.
  • Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
