We have an exciting opportunity as a Kitchen and Bath Designer Specialist for our ProSource Wholesale division. We are seeking a personable, collaborative, and team-oriented Kitchen and Bath expert to provide support to our ProSource Showrooms. In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays. Our Kitchen and Bath Specialist will:Provide day-to-day support of ProSource Showroom Designers on 2020 software, product knowledge, and K&B best practices.Participate in delivery of monthly K&B training classes and present in front of small groups.Conduct virtual and onsite training with ProSource Showrooms to coach their teams on how to qualify a K&B project, close project sales, and improve close rates.Help create, develop, and implement new K&B best practices, K&B training materials, and K&B team projects. Do our requirements match YOUR background?Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design and/or related experience with 3-5 years' experience in Kitchen & Bath Design in a retail or wholesale sales environment. Excellent 2020 skills.Excellent writing skills, communication skills, and multi-tasking skills, with a team-oriented approach.Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point knowledge.Must be able to honor timelines while collaborating with internal and external teams.Ability to travel to ProSource Showrooms for training and support and to ProSource National Convention.
