Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. • Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience: MS/Tele, Med/Surg, Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Heparin, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Portable Oxygen tank, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac. Previous Charge Experience Preferred Skills/Experience: Kidney Transplant, Urology/Nephrology, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care and management, Phlebotomy, PCA, Teaching Hospital Experience. Unit/Facility Details: Med Surg RN - Urology/Nephrology. Special Requests: RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays. Shift & Scheduling: Will work every other weekend. Will work Charge as needed for this assignment. Floating Requirements: Will float to other Medical Surgical units. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by. 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
