Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Peoria, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,344 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61605! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active state license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Strong Neuro Skills Description: Unit contains 29 beds. Patient ratios are 5:1 for days and 6:1 for nights. Common diagnoses include neuro, neurosurgery, amputations, multi-trauma, cardiac, and complex medical conditions. RN's are required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab. A house supervisor will be present on the unit, with no charge nurses. Nurse aides are available with a 1:9-10 ratio. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services are provided. Equipment available includes CPAP and BiPAP, utilized only at night for sleep apnea. Shifts include days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and holiday rotation are required. Floating to other units may be necessary, except for specific areas unless trained. Any color scrubs are acceptable, but no t-shirts unless approved. The charting system used is EPIC.
