Job Description Not-for-profit regional health system in
Central, IL is expanding its Urology service line and seeking a BE
or BC Urologist to join its team as a Urology Hospitalist.

wants to focus on inpatient care, enjoy a 7-on/7-off schedule, and
be a key role in the growth of an established Urology program.
7-on/7-off schedule offering true work-life balance. $700,000
guaranteed base salary plus bonus based on wRVU production.
$100,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 retention bonus (paid over 5
years). Quality incentive bonus up to $50,000 annually.
