Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,280 to $1,440 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00/Hourly. Summary: We are looking for an attentive physical therapist assistant to help physical therapists with their sessions. The physical therapist assistant is responsible for massaging patients, sanitizing treatment areas, and setting up therapy equipment. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls. Schedule appointments. Massage and stretch muscles where necessary. Set up therapy equipment. Sanitize therapy area. Lift or move patients. Monitor patients during sessions. Guide patients through exercises where necessary. Requirements Requirements: 1 year of PTA experience Required Long Term Care (LTC) or Rehab Experience Required PTA license Required BLS Certification.
