work. Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: • 18 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. •
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. •
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required
for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple
units • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination required for
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12
months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program -
Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at
Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. • 12 months gap
required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial
Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya

Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience First-timers
accepted: Yes - Want to see they have a solid foundation as an RN
if they are new to travel. > 2 year’s experience in
medical/surgical nursing. Skills: Blood Product Administration,
Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line
management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Heparin, MS/Tele,
Med/Surg, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Telemetry -
remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Pre/Post
Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Chest
tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High
Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway
management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen tanks, Isolation
Precautions/PPE, Wound Care/Wound Vac. Preferred Skills/Experience:
Teaching Hospital Experience Skills: Colostomy/ileostomy
management/care, Feeding tube care and management, Phlebotomy, PCA,
Kidney Transplant, Urology/Nephrology. Required Credentials:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience
in specialty within the past 3 years. Unit/Facility Details: Will
work Charge as needed for this assignment Parking Cost: parking
permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours
of signing. Shift & Scheduling: 4x12 or 3x12. Will work every other
weekend. No call Floating Requirements: To other Medical Surgical
units 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026,
12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2 1
