Renewal Rehab, a leader in therapy services across the nation, is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist dedicated to providing high-quality care within our network of nursing homes and long-term care facilities. This role demands a compassionate individual skilled at rehabilitation and patient support. The successful candidate will implement customized patient therapy plans, aiming to foster patient independence and recovery, while upholding our commitment to delivering top-notch therapeutic care. Evaluate patients' conditions and develop appropriate therapy treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and family members on treatments and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate patient records and report on outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor interventions to individual patient needs. Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Proficient in utilizing therapeutic equipment and technology. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current OT license in the state of practice. NBCOT certification preferred.
