Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in Home Health Settings Preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift: Days Expected Hours/Week: 40 Location Highlights Springfield, IL offers a vibrant mix of cultural attractions and outdoor activities.
