This role is with a mission-driven, community-based health center focused on expanding access to high-quality healthcare for patients of all ages. Salary and Benefits Salary: $195,624 – $293,295 annually Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 Eligible for Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000 Relocation Bonus Available Health Insurance: Employer contributes more than 70% Dental and Vision Insurance Offered 11 Paid Holidays PTO: 24 Days Total (10 Vacation Days, 12 Sick Days, and 2 Personal Days) Retirement Package: 401(K) with 5% Employer Match Malpractice Liability Covered License Renewal Covered Continuing Education: 40 Hours Approved Time Off and $1,500 Allowance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full Support Staff No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Responsibilities 3 days of administrative leadership and 2 days of clinical care per week Maintain a personal patient panel (all ages, outpatient) Supervise and mentor physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives Support strategic planning and operational effectiveness Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Active Missouri Physician License Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience (FQHC preferred but not required) Strong communication and organizational skills EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred) About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
