Job Description Overview JOB SPECIFICS: Autonomous Practice
Design: Whether you’re interested in a balanced mix of adult and
general pediatric ENT or focusing on a specific subspecialty within
the full spectrum of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, we
will tailor your practice to your strengths and passions. Practice
Breadth: This is a rare opportunity to engage in the full spectrum
of ENT—from bread-and-butter to advanced cases—without rigid
constraints. Flexible Pediatric Opportunities: While exclusive
pediatric ENT is managed through Children’s Hospital of Illinois
(CHOI), our strong partnership with CHOI allows for meaningful
pediatric exposure as part of a mixed practice. Mentorship &
Collegiality: Work alongside senior faculty offering mentorship in
all major ENT subspecialties, including otology, rhinology,
laryngology, and general ENT. Surgical Center Investment: Optional
investment opportunity in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery
center. Institutional Support: Our system is deeply committed to

Cancer Institute and CHOI—even if your role doesn’t directly

pay range for this position: $485,000-$600,000. Range shown should
be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors
including but not limited to the critical need of the position,
overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other
considerations. Additional compensation components may be
applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in
current state. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement
Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if
applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate
specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and
appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for
Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician
shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for
professional malpractice and other liability coverage. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS : Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to
provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs
