ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • 4x12 schedule with 48 guaranteed weekly hours • Weekend hours as needed • No call requirements • Patient ratios typically 4-6:1 • Float requirements as needed upon request • 1 years of Critical Care experience required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG • Care for 50% medical and 50% telemetry adult patients only • Work with standard nursing equipment on telemetry unit • Use EPIC electronic medical record system • Support stepdown ICU operations including trachs, vents, and drips • EKG interpretation skills required • Black scrubs required for dress code • Must be a team player with superior communication skills focused on positive patient outcomes Facility: This healthcare facility has been providing compassionate medical and specialty care in the region for over 150 years.
