Job Description:

appropriate care before, during, and after surgery. Monitor patient
vital signs and surgical procedures to ensure safety during
operations. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other
surgical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care. Educate
patients and their families on preoperative and postoperative care.
Document all patient interactions and surgical interventions
accurately in patient records. Maintain a sterile environment in
the operating room. Participate in ongoing professional development
and in-service training to stay informed on the latest practices in
surgical care. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond
quickly and effectively under pressure Proficient in using
electronic health records and medical software Knowledge of
surgical instruments and procedures Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification is
advantageous
