This position focuses on providing high-quality care during weekend night shifts across various critical care units. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse, dynamic critical care setting on scheduled weekend night shifts. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Quickly adapt to varying critical care environments and patient needs. Maintain patient documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Support patients and their families in understanding condition, treatment, and care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities. Strong clinical skills in a critical care environment Excellent adaptability to rapidly changing situations Superior communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using healthcare technology and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
