SSM Health, a revered Catholic, not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of care provided across our extensive Midwest health network. As part of our float pool, the RN will have the unique opportunity to work across various critical care units, adapting to different clinical environments while providing consistent, expert nursing care. This position requires flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes in a dynamic and supportive setting. Provide high-quality nursing care to critical care patients across various units. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Adapt to varying clinical settings while maintaining excellent care standards and patient outcomes. Record patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Participate in educational programs to continually elevate your nursing knowledge and maintain clinical competencies. Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting Excellent adaptability to changing environments Advanced problem-solving and communication skills Proficient in using healthcare software and clinical documentation tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
